Storage and transportation requirements
-Storage requirements: Special stainless steel or aluminum alloy high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks (usually working pressure of 15MPa or 35MPa) or low-temperature liquid hydrogen storage tanks (storing liquid hydrogen at -252.87 ℃) must be used. The tanks must undergo strict pressure resistance and sealing tests, and be equipped with pressure monitoring, safety valves, emergency shut-off valves, and leak alarm devices; The storage location should be independently set up, away from fire sources, heat sources, oxidants, and densely populated areas. Explosion proof electrical equipment should be used, anti-static materials should be used on the ground, and a good ventilation system should be set up (with no less than 12 ventilation times per hour); It is strictly prohibited to mix with oxidizing gases such as oxygen, chlorine, fluorine, etc. Hydrogen storage tanks must undergo regular non-destructive testing and calibration.
-Transportation requirements: Enterprises and specialized transportation equipment with hazardous chemical transportation qualifications shall be used. High pressure tank trucks (made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy) shall be used for gaseous ultra pure hydrogen, and low-temperature insulated tank trucks shall be used for liquid hydrogen; Transport vehicles must be equipped with explosion-proof and anti-static devices, as well as emergency leak prevention equipment. Drivers and escorts must have corresponding qualifications and be familiar with emergency response procedures; During transportation, it is necessary to comply with traffic control regulations, avoid densely populated areas and high temperature and high humidity environments, and strictly prohibit smoking and hot work during transportation; Before transportation, it is necessary to check the sealing and pressure status of the storage tank, and conduct regular inspections during transportation to prevent leaks; During long-distance transportation, it is necessary to plan a dedicated transportation route and report in advance.
