1. Dewar flask, also known as low-temperature insulated flask, is a professional low-temperature storage container manufactured using high vacuum insulation technology. Its core is used for long-term low-temperature storage and short distance transportation of liquid gases (such as liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, etc.).
2. This product is designed specifically for industrial grade low-temperature medium storage, with excellent insulation performance, high-strength structure, and safe and reliable usage characteristics. It can effectively maintain the low-temperature state of the medium, reduce volatilization losses, and is suitable for multiple fields such as new energy, electronics, chemical engineering, biomedicine, etc.
3. Our factory can provide storage tanks of various specifications, and can also customize according to your needs.

Product Features

Efficient insulation: The Dewar flask adopts a double-layer stainless steel inner tank structure, with the interlayer treated with high vacuum and filled with insulation material. The vacuum degree can reach 10 ⁻⁴ Pa level, and the static evaporation rate of 375L/410L/450L specifications is ≤ 0.3%/day (liquid hydrogen working condition), greatly reducing the evaporation loss of low-temperature media and extending the storage period.

High strength safety structure: The inner liner of the Dewar flask is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer liner is made of Q345R carbon steel. After pressure testing (design pressure of 1.6MPa) and sealing testing, it is equipped with multiple safety devices such as rupture discs, safety valves, and pressure gauges, which can withstand the phase change pressure of low-temperature media and eliminate the risk of leakage.

Convenient operation design: The Dewar flask is equipped with dedicated liquid/gas interface, level gauge (accuracy ± 1%) and pressure control system, supporting manual/automatic pressure adjustment; The bottom of the Dewar flask is equipped with universal wheels (450L specification including braking device), which are easy to move on site and suitable for different working conditions.

Wide adaptability: Dewar flasks are compatible with various low-temperature media such as liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid oxygen (customized inner tanks need to be processed according to the characteristics of the media), with three specifications of 375L/410L/450L covering small and medium-sized storage needs. They can be used alone or in combination with multiple bottles.

Application field

In the field of new energy, Dewar flasks are used for liquid hydrogen storage in the fuel cell industry, providing a stable low-temperature hydrogen source for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle refueling stations and fixed fuel cell power generation systems.

In the field of electronic semiconductors, Dewar flasks store liquid nitrogen for low-temperature cooling, chip testing, and other processes in wafer manufacturing to ensure process stability.

In the fields of chemical engineering and biomedicine, Dewar flasks are used to store liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and other substances for creating low-temperature environments in chemical reactions, as well as for sample freezing storage and vaccine cold chain transportation in the biopharmaceutical industry.

In the field of industrial manufacturing, Dewar flasks are designed to meet the low-temperature storage requirements of metal heat treatment, welding protection, and other processes, thereby improving production efficiency.

Safety and maintenance requirements

1. Safe operation: Before using the Dewar flask, the effectiveness of the safety valve and pressure gauge should be checked, and overpressure use is strictly prohibited; During filling, the flow rate should be controlled (≤ 5m/s) to avoid sudden pressure rise caused by severe vaporization of the medium.

2. Maintenance: Regularly (every 6 months) check the vacuum degree and sealing, and conduct a pressure test every year; When idle for a long time, it is necessary to fill the inner container with dry nitrogen to protect it from oxidation and corrosion.

3. Transportation requirements: During short distance transportation of Dewar flasks, they must be fixed on a dedicated transport rack to avoid severe shaking; During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to collide with valves and instrument interfaces, and emergency pressure relief devices should be equipped.
