Core Structure & High-Quality Materials
Pressure Tank: The tank body is made of high-strength pressure vessel-specific steel plates such as Q345R and SA-612M (N), with a cylinder thickness of 11-14mm and a head thickness of 12-18mm, which can withstand high working pressure. All welding joints undergo 100% radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing and liquid penetrant testing in accordance with international standards to ensure no leakage risk.
Insulation & Sealing System: The high-performance insulation layer can minimize heat transfer and maintain the pressurized liquid state of LPG at ambient temperature. The tank is equipped with flange-connected ball valves and precision sealing components to prevent gas leakage and ensure long-term sealing reliability.
Chassis & Suspension: Adopt well-known brand chassis (such as Shaanxi Auto F3000), equipped with high-power engines (such as Weichai 300HP) and multi-speed gearboxes (such as Fast 9-speed), with strong power and good fuel economy. The suspension system can be selected from leaf spring suspension and air suspension, which can effectively absorb road vibrations, improve driving stability and protect the tank body from impact damage.
Loading & Unloading System: The tanker is equipped with a special LPG pump driven by the chassis power take-off, which can realize efficient pumping-in and pumping-out operations. At the same time, it is equipped with independent gas and liquid flow ports, as well as a complete set of valves and connectors to ensure fast and safe cargo transfer.
Advanced Safety Configuration
Pressure & Temperature Monitoring: Real-time pressure gauges and temperature sensors are installed to continuously monitor the internal state of the tank. Once the pressure or temperature exceeds the safe range, the system triggers an alarm immediately.
Emergency Shutdown System: An emergency shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tank. In case of accidents or emergencies, the valve can be quickly closed manually or automatically to cut off the cargo flow and prevent the expansion of risks.
Pressure Relief System: High-quality safety valves and relief devices are configured to automatically release excess pressure and avoid the risk of tank explosion caused by overpressure.
Anti-Static & Fire Protection: Equipped with an electrostatic grounding device to eliminate static accumulation during loading, unloading and transportation. At the same time, fire extinguishers are standard equipment to deal with potential fire emergencies.
